After trying other cauliflower based pastas, I was pleasantly surprised by Veggiecraft. I no longer feel deprived of eating pasta for my low carb diet. Cooks up al dente, and reheats well. So glad I tried this. Highly recommend.

They were good. The only difference is they are not as sticky as regular noodles. But once these are gone I am definitely reordering. They’re actually pretty good!!!
It took some trials to cook it correctly. The noodles are still high in carbs. So we will not use them as often as I would have like too. For my gluten free members of the family I am happy to have something to serve them. Being a diabetic and trying to eat so I do not have to be on the medication it is a hard road with anything in a noodle fashion.
