Ingredients:

  • 1 box Veggiecraft Farms penne pasta
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Red bell peppers, julienned
  • 2 Yellow bell peppers, julienned
  • 1 Chili pepper, minced
  • 2 Pounds plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Preparation:

  • In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil, then add bell peppers. Cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the chili pepper and tomatoes and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  • Season sauce with salt and tear in basil leaves.
  • Boil pasta according to package instructions, drain, and add to the sauce skillet. 
  • Toss over medium heat to combine, then serve.
