Ingredients:

  • 1 box Veggiecraft Farms spaghetti noodles
  • 12 oz Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cup Castelvetrano Olives (halved & pitted) 
  • ¼ cup Capers 
  • ½ oz Fresh parsley (chopped) 
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt 
  • ½ tsp. Black pepper (freshly ground) 
  • 4½ cups Water

Preparation:

  • Combine dry pasta noodles with all ingredients in a large straight-sided skillet.
  • Bring water to a boil over high heat for 7-9 minutes.
  • After cooking, drain excess water.
  • Top with fresh parsley.
