1 box Veggiecraft Farms Cauliflower Spaghetti

1 tbsp unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 large eggs, beaten

1/4 tsp salt, to taste

1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper, to taste

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    In a large pot, bring 4-6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tbsp of salt to boiling water (optional).

    Add Veggiecraft Farms spaghetti, cook uncovered for 7-8 minutes (cook to desired tenderness, but DO NOT OVERCOOK), and stir occasionally.

    Strain spaghetti in colander and continue with the remaining recipe steps.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

When the Veggiecraft Farms spaghetti is cooked, add it to the skillet and mix with garlic and butter.

Add a ½ cup of cheese and, using tongs, mix until well coated.

Add the eggs and mix for 1 minute.

Add remaining cheese and salt and pepper.

Toss for 1 minute and serve in a warm bowl.
